The terms that apply when you use the LYRA website. Effective September 22, 2026.
1. About These Terms
These terms cover your use of the LYRA website at www.fleetcop.com ("the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
They do not cover the LYRA apps or platform. Those are provided under your organisation's agreement with us, and on iOS under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (reproduced on our Privacy page).
2. Using the Site
You may browse the site and use its forms for lawful purposes. You agree not to: scrape or copy it in bulk by automated means; attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it or our systems; submit false, misleading or abusive information through our forms; or submit another person's personal data unless you are entitled to.
3. Information on the Site
The site describes LYRA in general terms. Features, supported hardware and availability can vary by plan, device, region and time, and descriptions of them are not a binding offer or quote. Pricing is provided on request and agreed in writing. We try to keep the site accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
Illustrations, animations and figures on the site are explanatory and are not a guarantee of any particular result.
4. Intellectual Property
The LYRA name and logo, and the site's text, design, illustrations, videos and screenshots, belong to us or our licensors. You may view them and share links to the site, but may not copy, modify or republish them without our written permission.
5. Your Submissions
Information you send through our forms (demo requests, contact, newsletter) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not include sensitive information in free-text fields.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The site links to services we do not control, including the Apple App Store and Google Play. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
