Cookie &
Analytics

What this site stores in your browser and what it records, if you say yes. Effective September 22, 2026.

1. What This Covers

Like most sites we keep a few small items in your browser's storage ("cookies" in the everyday sense, although we use the browser's localStorage and sessionStorage rather than traditional cookies). This page lists each one, why it exists, and how to change your choice.

2. What We Store

Only the first item is needed for the site to remember your choice. The rest are analytics and are used only if you accept.

NameWherePurposeLasts
lyra_consentlocalStorageRemembers whether you accepted or declined analytics.Until you clear site data
lyra_visitor_idlocalStorageA random ID that recognises your browser on later visits. Analytics only.Until you decline or clear site data
lyra_session_idsessionStorageA random ID for one visit. Analytics only.Until you close the tab
lyra_utmsessionStorageRemembers the campaign tags on the link you arrived from, so a visit is credited to the right ad. Analytics only.Until you close the tab

3. What Analytics Records

If you accept, we record: the pages you view, time on site, how far you scroll, the site or ad you came from (including campaign tags), your browser and device type, your IP address, and an approximate location (city, region, country) worked out from that IP address. We do not try to work out who you are from this. If you fill in a form, that is a separate, deliberate submission described in our Privacy Policy.

Location lookup. To turn an IP address into an approximate location, the address is sent to a third-party geolocation service (ip-api.com).

Advertising. If you accept, when you view our pricing or click Book a Demo we send that event to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), together with your IP address and browser details, so we can measure our ads. We do not run the Meta Pixel or any other third-party tracking script on this site.

4. If You Decline

Nothing in the table above except your choice is stored, and no analytics or advertising events are sent. The site works exactly the same. Forms you submit are still processed.

5. Other Third Parties

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads, regardless of your analytics choice. Links to the App Store and Google Play take you to those services, which have their own policies.

6. Change Your Choice

You can change your mind at any time. Choosing Decline stops analytics immediately and removes the visitor and session IDs from your browser.

7. Removing Data We Already Hold

To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your visit, or a form submission, email sales@fleetcop.com with the details.
